- update status of Expression of Interest form (deadline 15.10)
- to establish a bank account for the Friends of Orchard Cottages
Minutes
- Charles reported back regarding setting up a bank account which is required for us to be able to function as a group.
- Metro bank have been the most helpful and have been selected.
- Charles needs the constitution and signed minutes of this meeting as well as the signed minutes of the first meeting to enable him to set up the community bank account with Metro Bank.
- Will has had some communication with Councillor Anne Owen but needs a phone call for further clarification regarding how to obtain costings for some of the proposals.
- in his absence Paul confirmed he had registered the domain name friendsoforchardwalk.co.uk
Action
- Helen to submit minutes of meetings to the group.
- The minutes from this and the first meeting to be signed by Will, Charles, and Helen to enable Charles Cotton to open a community account with Metro Bank
- Charles Cotton to be the authorised official to operate the community account with Metro Bank
- Charles Cotton and William Wilson to be the key officials for this community account
- Both Charles Cotton and William Wilson need to sign (two to sign) the account to make payments, bank transfers, cheques, etc, from the Metro Bank community account
- The Online banking access will only be for Charles Cotton and William Wilson
- Paul to facilitate setting up a repository for group documentation – and therefore communication to all Orchard Cottage residents
- Will to speak to Anne Owen and finalise the EOI form with input as required
